3,000 houses have been attended through the energy poverty program launched by ECAS and Barcelona Council

The strategic committee of the energy poverty program launched by ECAS and Barcelona Council has taken stock of the first six months.
During this time, the program has developed 100 employment plans to form energy poverty agents. The 53% of them were in a long term unemployment situation. The program has acted in almost 3,000 houses, has processed 536 energy social contracts and 231 power cuts and has reduced the cost of bills.
