Suara Cooperativa renews its commitment to the Charter of Diversity in the Enterprise

Suara Cooperativa has renewed for two years its membership to the Charter of Diversity in the Enterprise, a program impulsed by the European Commission and the Equality Ministry of Spain to support the awareness, the respect of differences, the inclusion and the social responsibility.
The main purpose is to make a distinction between the ones that are friendlies with the European Directives in terms of no discrimination, equal treatment and opportunities.
Suara Cooperativa follows this code of commitment and manages diversity recognising talents, abilities and differences as a way to improve and innovate. Suara has a workforce with functional, cultural, origin, age and gender diversity. This commitment with the Charter of Diversity in the Enterprise also distinguishes the inclusion abilities and the empowerment of family life and work reconciling of its members.
