Table Third Sector and Government sign a Pact to strengthen the role of social organizations at the emerging from the crisis

The Catalan Government and the Table Third Sector, which brings together more than 3,000 social organizations, have signed and presented the III Support Plan Third Social Sector.
The signing of the Plan was held at the Sant Jordi Hall of the Palace of the Generalitat, chaired by the president of the Generalitat of Catalonia, Carles Puigdemont.
The meeting was also attended by the president of the Table Third Sector, Oriol Illa, and the representatives of social organizations. The Plan includes 32 measures to strengthen the role of social organizations at the emerging from the crisis. Social organizations of the Table Third Sector cater to 1.5 million people, have 85.000 employees, 348.000 volunteers, 559.000 partners and 563.000 donors. They represent 1.4% of GDP.
