The INSOCAT report reveals the emotional and health effects of poverty

The report of social indicators presented last 18th July by ECAS, ‘Voices of poverty from within’, illustrates with some professional and user contributions of social organizations the “process which people are trapped by poverty” because of a spiral of problems more difficult to break.

The report contains 15 interviews to people in poverty and exclusion situation to show the human dimension hidden behind the numbers. The report also addresses other key areas such as housing or employment.
