This manifesto was declared last June at Vilanova i la Geltrú within the framework  of a seminar, involving more than a hundred organizations committed to the territory and the sustainable development, among which was the Manlleu city Council. The document outlines the commitment to grow the social responsibility in the territories to achieve a socially responsible Catalonia.
