The social action organizations expose to the Spanish Government their worries in a meeting with the minister Dolors Montserrat

In a meeting between Social Action Catalan Organizations (ECAS) and the Health, Social Services and Equality Minister of the Spanish Government, Dolors Montserrat, which was celebrated yesterday in Barcelona, the social organizations have demanded to the representative of the Spanish Government to adopt the law proposal to establish a minimum income support, increasing support to families and reducing the social exclusion and poverty indicators.
The minister has meet the board of directors of ECAS, headed by his president, Teresa Crespo. They shared the main priorities of the central administration in social spheres and they listen the main worries of the organizations in relation to the state powers. During the meeting they addressed issues like receiving refugees, equality policies, the dependence helping system and the incompatibility of non-contributory pensions.
