Suara is feminine. 88% of the Cooperative's professional team is made up of women. Every day of the year, and especially coinciding with International Women's Day, we value our essential and decisive role. Suara are #PeopleWhoDecide but, above all, #WomenWhoDecide.
Andrea, Sofia, Mariona, Mercè, Amparo, Maite, Joana, Clara, Laia, Guadalupe, Laura and many more put ourselves daily at the head of the Cooperative as partners and workers, at the hands of people attended, clients and collaborators.
Women can change the world and we claim it: the most important thing is to decide. We decide what we are, how we participate, who we are and our future. Together we also make up the soul of Suara.
