The care model that we develop in our care services for the elderly is known as the person-centred model. We focus on their quality of life by preserving the context of their culture and value system and valuing their goals, expectations and concerns.
Home Care Service (SAD)
At Suara we support and provide home care and medical and social care services.
In today's society, we need to provide answers for all those people who cannot live their day-to-day life in a completely normal way, whether due to illness, age, loss of functional abilities, or other reasons.
We base our work on the dignity, rights, interests and preferences of the person and we rely on their effective participation to manage services that meet these needs. We do so out of deep respect for each individual’s value and belief system and we maintain their lifestyle.
We promote their well-being and make it easier for them to perform activities that are emotionally, physically and mentally beneficial to improve their quality of life.

Residential centres or nursing homes
The care model that we develop in our residential centres for the elderly (nursing homes) is the person-centred approach, which focuses on the quality of life of the person while preserving the context of their culture and their value system and valuing their goals, expectations and concerns.
We take the person’s psychological state and level of dependence into account, and maintain their social relationships, as well as their relationship with the essential elements of their environment.
We facilitate personalization and aim to improve all areas of the person’s quality of life and well-being based on respect for their dignity and rights, interests and preferences, and relying on their effective participation..
The importance of feeling at home
Elderly care facilities
Day centres provide support to those elderly people who need organization, supervision and assistance in their everyday activities, and complement the care provided in the family environment.
Sheltered housing is for independent elderly people whose socio-family circumstances do not allow them to remain in their own home.
Protected houses with services
Protected houses with services are adapted to the mobility and accessibility needs of those people who, at a certain time, may need support services (health, food, etc.) depending on their situation and personal autonomy.
Other actions for the elderly
We also carry out other actions to give visibility and support to elderly people, such as actions to promote autonomy and care for people in a situation of dependency, mutual support groups, emotional support, care for carers, and so on.
