Suara launches a free online service to provide emotional and physical support during confinement

1 April, 2020

Suara Cooperativa has launched a new online service that offers free sessions of psychology, coaching and physiotherapy. The Suara at home project is activated coinciding with the confinement linked to the state of alarm for the health pandemic due to Coronavirus to give emotional and physical support to people in need through videoconferencing tools.

The pandemic alarm state can generate concerns, uncertainty, stress, arouse some muscle pain, problems with domestic coexistence or we can adopt inappropriate postures when teleworking, among others… Suara at home professionals, in sessions of 30 to 45 minutes, contribute to improving people’s well-being in this exceptional situation.

From the Suara at home website you can select the person who will lead the sessions and make an appointment online. Once the session is over, each participant is offered the possibility of making a voluntary contribution: all the money raised will go to the #YoMeCorono project by the doctor and researcher Oriol Mitjà.

This service complements other initiatives that Suara has launched coinciding with the confinement stage, such as the special website on the Coronavirus, the SuaraAnswers phone (937069017), to answer social questions that can generate the current exceptional situation or the #JoSocSocial challenge to value in social media the task of the social sector and citizen commitment.
